The choice of the packaging method is up to us.
The time of delivery is the moment of shipment.
The orders will be sent DHL. The delivery time will be +/- 2 days (after receiving the track and trace code, delivery will take place on average within 1 day)
For Belgium, Postnl.BE will take care of the delivery. Delivery time: 1-5 working days.
All shipping costs are entirely for the account of the buyer. From 1-30kg a shipment costs €9.95 per shipment. With the exception of orders within the Netherlands above €99.00. In that case, the shipping costs are free!
Letterbox package shipping. Items such as patches can be sent with a letterbox package. The box is 3cm high and 20-28cm long. If it fits in here, you can choose this option. If you choose the letterbox package option but it does not fit, we will charge €7.95 for additional shipping costs and for the administrative processing of the costs. Shipments outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany will be calculated according to the current shipping costs. Shipping is free in Belgium and Germany with a purchase of €200.
PLEASE NOTE!! Products longer than 80 cm cannot be shipped with standard shipping. These will be shipped via DHL large and these costs are €11.90, - at €99 you will receive the basic shipping of €7.95 for free. We will then charge a small additional contribution of €3.95
The buyer is responsible for the delivery of the goods. If goods cannot be delivered and / or are not collected at the post office, the products will eventually be returned to us.
Resending is only possible after transferring the additional shipping costs. When your order is shipped, we will send you an email. After this, the normal procedure applies as described above.
Always make sure that your email address is filled in correctly, in connection with the communication from our webshop.
No deliveries will be made if the buyer uses a PO Box address. Exchanges & Returns
Articles ordered by you can only be returned and/or exchanged in the following situations:

You have received the wrong item.
You have ordered the wrong item.
The ordered size is incorrect.
There is something wrong with the item; damaged or something similar.

Items ordered by you can only be returned and / or exchanged in the following situations:

You have received a wrong item.
You have ordered an incorrect item.
The ordered size is incorrect.
There is something wrong with the article; damaged o.i.d.
You can cancel the purchase if you appeal to the provisions in BW Book 7: buy at a distance. After receipt you have 14 days to return the items to us.

Please inform us z.s.m. after receipt. The return goods must be returned to us within 5 working days after shipment. These days start at the moment we send the goods!
Correspondence only takes place by mail. It is your responsibility that we have your correct email address.
Do not open a sealed package before we have discussed it with you.
We will discuss with you the return and / or re-delivery of the article.
You can return your order if and only if the products are returned unused in the unopened and original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipments are always at the expense and risk of the customer.
Unstamped or not sufficiently franked returns are refused.
Add a writer at all times with your details and reason for the return procedure.
If these conditions are not met, any right to exchange an item will lapse.
We will charge the buyer for all costs incurred.

Deliveries


We do our very best to deliver the ordered items to you within 1 to 7 working days.
We will carefully package your products.
Your order is only placed after you have completed the entire order cycle. Otherwise the order can not be confirmed.
Damage claims with regard to LED products, wrong or late deliveries are always excluded.
The orders are only delivered after receiving the payment.
The orders can only be collected by appointment once the payment has been received and processed.
Stock / Out of stock
In stock means with us in stock in the warehouse. We can then send the goods within 1-2 business days. Exceptions.
Not in stock; product is not in stock at our warehouse. The product has now been ordered and arrives quickly, or the product is not available from the supplier. Contact us for the current delivery time. Average delivery time will be between 5-7 working days.
On order. We will order the item especially for you.
On order with next order. These items will only be ordered when we need sufficient items to place an order.
